A workshop to help you learn skills using ancient yoga techniques and wisdom to cope better with depression, energise your body and have a more positive mind so you can live your life to the fullest potential.
We will explore ancient practices such as: Asana (yoga postures) pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation techniques relaxation techniques other natural therapy tips including aromatherapy, massage, nutrition tips to help reduce anxiety and to feel healthy in body and mind.
There will be an opportunity for Q&A and group discussion which individuals are welcome to participate in or choose to sit and listen and enjoy.
This workshop will provide a safe space to explore the strength of the mind and provide you with skills to move through depression rather than being stuck in it, and move onwards and upwards.
This workshop will be facilitated by nationally accredited Yoga Teacher, Natural Therapist and Founder of EARTH awakening, Kate Fallick.
People with all levels of yoga experience welcome including beginners. This workshop is for both men and women.
