A workshop to help you learn skills to cope better with anxiety and live your life to the fullest potential using ancient yoga techniques.
We will explore ancient practices such as: Asana (yoga postures) pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation techniques relaxation techniques and other natural therapy tips including aromatherapy, massage, nutrition tips to help reduce anxiety and to feel healthy in body and mind.
There will be an opportunity for question/answer time and group discussion which individuals are welcome to participate in or choose to sit and listen and enjoy.
This workshop will provide a safe space to explore the strength of the mind and provide you with steps toward a more fulfilling life with more calm and clarity.
This workshop will be facilitated by nationally accredited Yoga Teacher, Natural Therapist and Founder of EARTH awakening, Kate Fallick.
People with all levels of yoga experience welcome including beginners. This workshop is for both men and women.

What to bring: Notebook, pen and an open mind! We have all yoga equipment and water filter, tea etc so no need to bring unless you prefer.
