Kriya Yoga is a powerful process of breath work, which explores the connection
between body and mind. To experience this is often described as magical. This intense
breathing allows joy to flow through your our entire being.
Kriya Yoga is very personal and people’s experiences can be physically and emotionally
profound. Group workshop is 2 hours long and includes introduction to breathing techniques,
along with easy yoga postures. The one hour Kriya is done in a comfortable floor
seated position, with props to aide in comfort.

level yoga. A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Hamsa Kriya
Breath Work Facilitator and guided meditation moderator;
she is also certified to teach students with Multiple Sclerosis
and cancer survivors.
