Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep designed to facilitate meditative introversion and a deep relaxation. One hour of effective Yoga Nidra technique is reported to be equivalent to 3-4 hours of quality sleep when practiced on a regular basis. This ancient technique allows you to dive deep into your subconscious to “undo” old patterns and habits with intention. Body, mind and spirit benefit from this age-old yogic practice. Body and breath awareness are fostered through guided instructions while lying passively on your back.

Yoga Nidra can: Minimize tension; train and relax the mind; counteract stress; awaken creativity; enhance learning and memory; promote willpower.

No prior yoga experience necessary. $25 or 2 Yoga Card Punches. Registration required. Flex Passes are not eligible for this workshop. Space is limited. Students should bring a mat and blanket. 7:30pm - 8:45pm
