Whether you are seeking dynamic change or positive small shifts in your life, this program will inspire a deep examination of our personal behaviors with a goal towards healing of the mind/body/spirit through the practice of yoga. We will challenge ourselves to apply the principles of yoga to our personal lives as to Personal Transformation days a means of growth and transformation. Using Baron Baptiste’s book “40 Days to Personal Revolution” as a guide we will re-evaluate how we interact with the world, (especially ourselves) and focus on becoming totally awake and aware as we make our daily choices. The program is divided into 6 weekly themes with each week building on the lessons of the one preceeding it and includes:

Seven Tuesdays, May 7th to June 15 (40 days). June 18 (follow up) 7:30-8:30PM

$300 ($250 for repeat students. Ask about special pricing for additional family members.)
