Spring at Stanton is a slice of heaven. Joy naturally rises, and it is a place to find deep connection with yourself.

One of the benefits of the winter is the way it reveals the things that aren't working any more and gives us the opportunity to let them die away. What is often left, then, is a feeling of emptiness - of the void - in the grey days before the Spring. If we can, we welcome the emptiness as the place in which something new can be born. And in the Spring, we bring forth this newness into being, with joy.

I want to share with you a weekend dedicated to going inside to connect with your joy - seeing what is there, inside, now the winter is over that you want to bring into the light. What part of yourself is ready to be seen? What talent are you ready to share? What is it you wish to express in your life right now?

As always, we ask these questions in the context of a deeply restful weekend with like minds, taking the time to renew our energy reserves and having time to 'be' with no demands or expectations to meet - simply enjoying the beauty of the Guildhouse and its setting, allowing the house and the land to salve our souls.

Take the time to find the lightness and joy in your life, whatever else it may be throwing at you. We each have a reality that may seem far from perfect at times, and that is ok. We can learn how to stay connected - to ourselves, to source, and to others - and to ride the waves with more grace.

It would be my privilege to show you how on this Joyful Connection Retreat.

Practicalities: The retreat is held at The Guildhouse, Stanton, near Evesham, The Cotswolds on May 17th-19th. Arrivals are 6 for 6.30pm on Friday, departures at 3.30 on Sunday.

The price is £295 inclusive of all facilitation, accommodation and food. Food is vegetarian.

The programme includes meditation, deep relaxation, yoga and other movement, group and personal coaching, creativity (writing, drawing, painting, as you wish), sharing and personal reflection time.

There are plenty of breaks for rest and for long walks in nature, and lots of laughter.
