Begin your journey of gratitude during this relaxing weekend where you will embrace a new perspective on your life through a series of workshops, yoga and meditation.
The Embrace Gratitude workshop will give you tips for finding gratitude in your daily life, gratitude for things that lift you up, as well as things that challenge you. Each guest will receive a gratitude journal as a special gift.
Yoga is for all levels and beginners are welcome.
This retreat is limited to 15 students, so that Theresa can work one on one with each guest in an individual wellness/yoga session.
There will be free time for reading, exploring the property, massages, enjoying nature and more. Massages are available for $75.
All inclusive retreat includes 5 delicious and healthy cooked from scratch meals, all beverages (including complementary wine with dinner), shared accommodations and three yoga classes and meditation sessions and one private session with Theresa. Enjoy free time relaxing in nature or resting in one of the hammocks.
Lovely yoga studio and retreat center is located on 30 acres of peace, serenity and pine trees in East Texas (less than two hours from Dallas). Come on your own or bring a friend.
Theresa has been teaching yoga and leading retreats since 2004. She teaches beginning, advanced and restorative yoga. She specializes in nurturing yoga for the body, mind and heart. She is known for her soothing voice and calm presence.
Theresa believes that a yoga pose and practice should fit a student’s body, using props and modifications as needed. Students of all ages, sizes and abilities feel welcome in her classes. She is an intuitive teacher, gently guiding students with cues and hands on adjustments, to a place of physical and mental bliss. Her Yoga DVD, Yoga Nurture, is perfect for all levels of students.
