Retreat in the Pines
Enjoy a peaceful get away where you’ll renew, reset and release all your cares and worries. Discover ways to stay mindful and present in your life through meditation, yoga and other mindfulness exercises. This retreat is perfect for students new to a meditation practice or those more experienced looking for a serene and relaxing weekend. Women only please. Come on your own and make new friends or bring a friend.

Includes all yoga and meditation, workshops, shared accommodations, healthy cooked from scratch meals and complimentary wine with dinner. Enjoy free time relaxing or walking in nature, journaling or renew in a calming massage ($75/hour).

Lovely yoga studio and retreat center is located on 30 acres of peace, serenity and pine trees in East Texas (less than two hours from Dallas).

Theresa has been teaching yoga and meditation and leading retreats since 2004. She specializes in nurturing yoga for the body, mind and heart and is known for her soothing voice and calm presence.
