Retreat in the Pines
Spend a mindful weekend expanding or beginning your meditation practice. This retreat is for anyone who desires to use the power of meditation to transform their life. You will learn simple tips to make a meditation practice part of your daily routine. You will also calm your mind and still your body in two gentle yoga classes. Includes all yoga classes, meditation workshops, shared accommodations, healthy and cooked from scratch meals. Enjoy free time relaxing or walking in nature, journaling or renew in a calming in a massage ($75/hour). Women only please.

Lovely yoga studio and retreat center is located on 30 acres of peace, serenity and pine trees in East Texas (less than two hours from Dallas). Come on your own or bring a friend.

Theresa has been teaching yoga and meditation and leading retreats since 2004. She specializes in nurturing yoga for the body, mind and heart and is known for her soothing voice and calm presence.
