This nurturing weekend retreat aims to help you relax, find some 'head-space' and learn de-stressing tools through mindfulness meditation and yoga that you can apply to everyday life back at home.

This nurturing Friday-to-Monday retreat aims to help you relax (mentally and physically), find some 'head-space' and learn de-stressing tools you can apply to everyday life back at home.

We will practice mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga techniques, to restore body & mind.

There'll also be plenty of time for rest and relaxation; massages and/or reflexology; fine, home-cooked food; tea and cakes by the fire; time for walks, to rest, or just to 'be'.

All welcome, including complete beginners to meditation and/or yoga.
