Ashtanga Yoga - Infinite Yoga
Yoga Focus is a continuous workshop series held at Dana Rae Pare's private yoga studio Viva Vibrante. Each Yoga Focus is a 6-week program on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm with a new Focus beginning every 8 weeks.

Classes are limited to 7 students. This ensures that each student experiences individual attention from Dana and gains maximum results in moving forward in their yoga practice.

Lotus Focus with Dana Rae Paré

Padmasana or lotus is one of the most important postures in yoga and meditation. In Ashtanga Vinyasa as well as many other forms of yoga you are often in half lotus, full lotus, lifting your lotus, threading your arms through your lotus, twisting your lotus and even inverting your lotus! Without lotus you are missing out on a large number of yoga postures.

This series of workshops focuses on releasing the hips and surrounding areas (adductors, abductors, hamstrings, quadriceps and lower back) to create freedom as well as flexibility and deepen your understanding of the subtitles of padmasana – lotus.

Through an active asana practice, deep stretches, twists, use of props and restorative yoga as well as personal attention from Dana, you’ll learn what’s right for you to allow your lotus to bloom and move freely in your practice. Please sign up soon as these workshops sell out quickly.
