This is an intensive 200 hr Ashtanga Yoga or Hatha Yoga Teacher's Training Course suitable for those who either wish to get an internationally recognized certificate to register with Yoga Alliance for the RYT-200 status or Just improve your self practice and have a deeper understanding on other subjects like yoga philosophy, meditation, anatomy & ayurveda.

Course Content: ------------- 1. Techniques Training/Practice - This session mainly includes the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice led by an experienced yoga teacher. This also covers pranayamas, kriyas & chanting mantra 2. Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - Selected Yoga Sutras of Patanjali out of 196 sutras. 3. Teaching Methodology - This is an important session where you will be learning proper alignment and adjustment techniques. This includes how to teach and practice the techniques. principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, teaching styles 4. Anatomy & Physiology - The objective of this session is to understand the basic terminology of Human body. Also you will learn the functional aspects of bones, joints, muscles and effects of different asanas on different organs. 5. Meditation - Meditation Guru guides you to learn the Meditation Technique for beginners who are eager to learn Meditation, understand Life and to come out of the problems with greater understandings. It is simple but profound. He has done research for decades on Spiritual Science and Life Science. In these sessions you can find answers for many of your questions on Meditation like how to do Meditation?, Energy Body, Third Eye, Astral Travel, Pyramid and many more. He has studied, experienced and researched the higher frequency realities & aims to share the Knowledge to one all. 6. Ayurveda - The basics of ayurveda & the importance of yogic diet. Introduction and Origin of Ayurveda, Ashtanga Ayurveda (8 branches of Ayurveda), Panchamahabhoota (5 elements), Concepts of Tridoshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), Various Prakruthis (Body constitution), Basics of Sapta Dhatus (7 Nutrients), Trimalas (3 waste products), Introduction to Nadi Pariksha, Sadvruttha, Dinacharya, Ritucharya (Daily and seasonal routine), Introduction to Panchakarma (5 types of cleaning the body)
