Suspension Training is a movement system that uses a suspension sling for strength, flexibility and coretraining. It is designed to work the body to its full potential by pushing it to integrating strength, control, flexibility and core. When the whole body is integrated in a movement, the result is a more efficient workout.

Chris Simons has been involved in the fitness industry over 23 years and has a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition. He started using a suspension sling in his training routine about nine years ago. Since then, he has worked closely with pilates, yoga and chi gong teachers, aerial artists, flexibility and fitness trainers to develop the best training program for an inversion sling.
