A six week series with Brian Serven, E-RYT500, CYT Series begins Wednesday, April 2, 6:00-7:30pm Blue Moon Studio, Exeter, NH

Cultivate Inner Peace, Focus and Happiness.

This series will focus on different types of meditation including use of the breath, mantra, visualization, contemplation, concepts and mindfulness. Recognizing we are all individuals and that one ‘way’ may not be the way for everyone, this series will offer exploration and insights to each type creating a platform for its participants to then choose which type resonates for them. Practice in a supportive community: Gentle Yoga poses to release stress and promote health; Breathing for relaxation and energy balance; Understanding and mastery of the mind; Tools for overcoming common obstacles to practice; Gain focus for personal goals; Enhance emotional and spiritual health; Support and motivation for a consistent meditation practice; Slowing down and the Meditative Lifestyle

Program includes: 6 Weekly Group Classes Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm 6 Weekly Email Lessons sent the Wednesday prior to the weekly class

Brian Serven, Assistant Director, E-RYT500, CYT is a Senior Instructor at YogaLife Institute in Exeter, New Hamsphire. He assists in the coordination of the 200 and 500- hour Yoga Teacher Training programs as well as facilitates the 'Introduction to Yoga' and 'Meditation For Your Type Series'. A graduate of the YogaLife Institute's 200-hour and 500-hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training program, he received additional Teacher Training certification at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India, where the therapeutic principals of Yoga are integrated seamlessly, philosophically and physically. Believing the benefits of Yoga to be abundant and suitable for everyone, Brian's approach to sharing these experiences are with an intention of simplicity and accessibility.

Series Cost: $90 For an additional $10 purchase Dr. Robert Butera's book "Meditation for Your Life" (a $16.95 value). Many of the tools and topics in this series are covered in his book, a great accompaniment for the series (not a requirement) and for your ongoing practice.
