This course intends to inspire and teach you to use medicinal herbs in your daily lives. Marcus will share his practical and yet esoteric view and experience about working with Medicinal Plants, focusing on our connection with Nature, Ayurvedic herbal diagnosis and making Herbal Remedies.
We will practice working with herbs, from learning simple cultivation techniques to preparing tinctures, teas and infused oils. There is also an importance placed on a more conscious connection with nature cultivating a relationship with plants in order to best benefit from their healing properties.
Participants will learn about the properties of a range of medicinal herbs both locally and internationally cultivated. The classes include the making of both Individual and generic herbal remedies, using natural materials and organic plants.
This workshop is designed to deepen your awareness and relationship to the world of plants and their healing properties, and to reintroduce you to a holistic way of looking at our health. We will practice meditation with plants, reconnecting with them and with our own inner wisdom.
