Your Instructor: Lisa Danahy is a yoga and mindfulness educator with over 20 years of experience as a former school administrator, teacher & certified yoga instructor. Lisa has a BA in Psychology and is trained in Kripalu Yoga in Schools & Radiant Child Yoga, with specialized training in Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Prenatal Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
