Come to Dream’s new one-hour Yoga Nidra class - now on the fourth Friday of every month. You’ll be so glad you did! In just one hour, this very simple, enjoyable and effortless, guided meditation practice can melt away exhaustion and elevate your mood.
Yoga Nidra induces the relaxation response—your body’s healing state where revitalization and regeneration occur. It’s shown that just one hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 or 4 hours of regular sleep. You’ll feel refreshed and reconnected to your innate peace and clarity. What a great investment of your time! A great way to end your week, and start your weekend.
Absolutely NO yoga or meditation experience is needed. After a little stretching, you will rest in stillness, lying down in savasana relaxation pose or in a seated position…while being guided into the core of your being by your teacher’s soothing voice. Note: The more Yoga Nidra you do, the greater the benefits.
