Yoga for Life: A Weekend of Re-Imagining & Redesigning the Life You Want Led by Jovinna Chan, E-RYT 500

Friday, Saturday & Sunday Sept 30 - Oct 2

Attending the entire weekend is highly recommended. Friday is a prerequisite for Saturday & Sunday.

Revitalize, revolutionalize and redesign your lifestyle-- and your yoga practice-- with the teachings of Yoga. Full Weekend Early Bird: $205; $230 after

Friday Only: $40 Early Bird; $50 after

Take yourself for an “Eight-Limbed Yoga Path Spin” where you make time for holistic yoga practices that include posture, breath, mindfulness and yogic philosophy to clean and clear the psychic/mind/body for a bold move towards the life you want.

With a mixture of direct experiences through your practices, lecture and discussion, we will visit these two questions, “What is important in your life right now?” and “How do you live a life that will reflect that importance?”

Rearranging your life—versus changing your life—are two different experiences that are both valid and important when we are reevaluating our lives. So which is needed now? We will use the Eight-Limbed Path from an ancient text, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, as our support/muse for the weekend exploration. This text expounds on human’s true nature and provides maps and guides to liberation and fulfillment.

At the end of the weekend, you’ll walk away with a self-designed Home Yoga Practice that supports your new lifestyle and make a commitment to a 21-days of practice to transform your ideas into to a real-life reality. (There is scientific proof that it takes at least 21 days for any new habits to kick in.) The 21-day period is not just a time where you attend whole-heartedly to your own possibility in growth, but also a time where you deepen your dedication to yourself.

So if you want better health, or more joy, more love, or less anxiety…if you’ve reached the threshold of enough is enough…or you just want to live the life of your dreams, join this internationally-acclaimed instructor and teacher trainer for a weekend designed to lead you towards ultimate freedom and joy!

Engage in holistic and mind-clearing yoga practices:

- Utilize Patanjali’s Eight-Limb Path as a guide to liberation and fulfillment

- Answer key questions that will help you create a lifestyle --and design a supportive Home Yoga Practice--that reflect what's most important to you.

To live the life that I would love,
