Each room has shared accommodation with their own washroom facilities. Couples are guaranteed private rooms with a King size bed.
All activities are optional of course…it’s your retreat. You may choose to just hang out fireside or find your sacred space.
INSTRUCTORS: Nicole Hambleton has a background in women’s studies, and has completed her training at Kripalu with Toni Bergins. She is dedicated to bringing groups of people together in a safe and supportive environment and to empowering people through the transformative process
Diane Copoloff is a Health Promotion Consultant dedicated to self-growth and building community through the integration of mind, body and soul. Her multidisciplinary approach to health and wellbeing supports self-exploration and self-reflection through Expressive Arts and Natural Medicine.
Wendy Madore has been studying, practicing and living yoga for more than 20 and has studied extensively a form of energy and chakra yoga, Agama Yoga in Southern Thailand.
GETTING TO SHANTI No transport? No problem. We are conveniently serviced by Via Rail and Megabus.
Call us in advance to arrange a complimentary pick up on the island to bring you to Shanti Retreat.
It’s a scenic 20 minute free car ferry ride to this island getaway.
