7:30 - 8:45 p.m. Gentle Yoga (Level 1, All)

9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Tai Chi & Qi Gong for Health and Well-Being (Beginners, All)

11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Moderate Yoga (Level 2)

6:00 - 7:15 p.m. Yoga for Teens (Ages 12 & Up) (Feb 18 - Mar 25) $96 for six-class session, $20 drop-in

3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Family Yoga (Ages 6 - 11 & Adults) (Feb 2 - Feb 23) (March 2 - March 23) $22 for adult and child. $88 four-week session. $5 each for additional children.

3:30 - 4:30 p.m. Yoga for TWEENS (Ages 9 - 12) (Jan 12 - Feb 16) (Feb 23 - Mar 30). $90 six-week session. $18 drop-in

5:00 - 6:15 p.m. Mastering Yoga Basics (Level 1)

7:00 - 8:15 p.m. YOGA NIDRA: Stretch & Restore (All Levels!) Very Relaxing!
