Bring the joy of breath into everyday life! Kriya Yoga is a powerful process of breath work, which explores the connection between body and mind. To experience this is often described as magical. This intense breathing allows joy to flow through your our entire being. Kriya Yoga is very personal and people’s experiences can be physically and emotionally profound. A few of the benefits mentioned by those who have participated are as follows: Deep Relaxation Compassion Inner Peace Release of blocked emotions More joy and happiness Enhanced relationships Increased self-awareness More attuned to emotions Release of anger Heart opening Group workshop is 2 hours long and includes introduction to breathing techniques, along with easy yoga postures. The one hour Kriya is done in a comfortable floor seated position, with props to aide in comfort.

Teacher: Suzanne Burnham-Evans, RYT, PRYT Suzanne is a registered certified Hatha Yoga Instructor specializing in beginning, gentle, restorative and intermediate level yoga. A Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Hamsa Kriya Breath Work Facilitator and guided meditation moderator; she is also certified to teach students with Multiple Sclerosis and cancer survivors.
