Do you experience tension in the front of your hips, when bending forward or back, walking or running? Do you spend 30+ hours a week sitting? Have you been told you have tight hip flexors?

What are the hip flexors? Where are they located? And most importantly how can we release them and keep them functioning well?

Come and find out! Learn how to release chronic tension from sitting, find a truer release in yoga poses and relieve pain and tension in the hips and thighs.

Class will include some lecture on anatomy and movement, practical lesson plan, integration for movement off the mat, and home practice plan.

Taught by Jodi Christensen, E-RYT 500, Somatics Educator, and recovering from many years of tight hip flexors. $40, 10 am-1 pm
