Ayurveda is an ancient healing system from India that is complementary to Yoga. During this workshop you will learn more about your unique doshic balance and simple ways to incorporate Ayurvedic routines into your daily life to achieve better body awareness and enhance your sense of well-being. We will also cover Ayurvedic approaches to common fall ailments and simple yoga postures to balance the doshas. You will leave with a better understanding of the basics of Ayurveda and a new way of viewing your body and your environment.
