Mindful Destinations
Let us retreat from the worry, hurry, ‘just do it’ way of being and reconnect with our natural, responsive, Goddess selves. We will look at Goddesses from many studies, embodying qualities from darkest to lightest, strongest to softest, fiercest to most loving. Our technology-addicted, photoshopped world has us more disconnected than ever from our essences of inner wisdom. This is our opportunity to embody that essence!

As Goddesses of any kind, shape, age or experience, we will join together to turn our precious attention inward. This weekend will include practices such as Warrior Alignment Flow, Yin Restorative, meditation, breath work, creative visualization, chanting, storytelling, dance, sharing, adventure and delicious nourishment. In the company of fellow Goddesses we will deepen our practice, build each other up, release competitiveness and fall in love with ourselves all over again.

Camp Manitowa is a newly renovated retreat center and sleep-away camp just 5 hours from Chicago and 1.5 hours from St. Louis. The extensive facility boasts two yurt villages, wooded walking trails, a labyrinth, lake, pool, basketball court, arts and crafts room, high ropes course, giant fire pit, horses and more!

Friday: Arrive early and mingle with your fellow goddesses! Reception begins at 2:00pm, dinner served at 6:00pm!

Saturday: Three sessions throughout the day, with plenty of time for rest, walks, swimming, and bonding with your fellow Goddesses.

Sunday: Morning session, breakfast, then a closing session, wrapping up your weekend around 2:00pm.

Just $300 per person! Pricing includes two nights lodging, vegan meals and all instruction and activities. Bring your sleeping bag and pillow; lodging is either group-style in yurts (about 20 people per yurt) or bring your own tent and set up in the grass near the yurt village. Both options are the same price.
