Join us for this three day yoga retreat lead by Tatiana Cira Sanchez of Shaktimuse.
Tatiana has been teaching yoga and offering Thai Yoga Massage Therapy for 10 years. She holds Certifications in Universal Yoga, Dance of Shiva, AcroYoga, Thai Yoga Massage Therapy, and many in depth teacher trainings. She draws from a lifelong background as a professional dancer, is an eco-prenuer, wilderness/nature lover, is an avid supporter of community, eco-consciousness, women’s empowerment, social justice, and transformational leadership. Her classes and events are designed to create a sacred space for growth and expression for all levels/abilities with a focus on alignment, breath, flow, inner connection, and as resource to guide others to discover their greatest potential towards balance of peace of mind/body/spirit.
Shaktimuse is a culmination of Tatiana’s journey in sharing resources that support consciousness expansion in Yoga, Art, & Nature.
Camp Maniowa is a newly renovated retreat center and sleep-away camp just 5 hours from Chicago and 1.5 hours from St. Louis. The extensive facility boasts two yurt villages, wooded walking trails, a labyrinth, lake, pool, basketball court, arts and crafts room, high ropes course, giant fire pit, horses and more!
Friday: Arrive early and mingle with your fellow retreat attendees! Reception begins at 2:00pm, dinner served at 6:00pm!
Saturday: Three sessions throughout the day, with plenty of time for rest, walks, meditation, and bonding with your retreat community.
Sunday: Morning session, breakfast, then a closing session, wrapping up your weekend around 2:00pm.
Just $300 per person! Pricing includes two nights lodging, vegan meals and all instruction and activities. Bring your sleeping bag and pillow; lodging is either group-style in yurts (about 20 people per yurt) or bring your own tent and set up in the grass near the yurt village. Both options are the same price.
