We invite you to join us for an amazing Yoga* retreat to Aranya Goa retreat in one of the hearts of Indian spirituality and yogic practice: Goa.

During this retreat, we are pleased to invite you to a "dinner party" with traditional Indian music on one of the legendary beaches of Goa (Ashweem, Anjuna)!

In addition to your yoga retreat, the Aryana Goa retreat will offer you the opportunity to follow Ayurvedic treatments on site and if you wish to participate to local cultural excursions.

Program in accordance with the solar rhythm: a dynamic practice in the morning and relaxing practice in the evening.

Both practices are throughout the ten-day integrated as a single unified aspect of yoga: strength / flexibility, gravity / weight, hold / release.

8:15 am: Meditation

8:30 Traditional Method " Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga." Mysore Style.

Afternoon (17h) Pranayama (breathing techniques) Restorative Practice deep relaxation.


Meditation: Through a guided meditation to learn to cultivate observation gradually detached itself to access full consciousness and a body-mind peaceful.

Mysore Style:

This is the traditional way of learning and practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Sri Jois K.Pattabhi Students make their own practices while receiving instructions and individual adjustments from the teacher. You work with the teacher to develop an autonomous and personal practice, the rhythm of your breath and consistent with your practice. This silent & meditative practice, without external stimuli, allows the practitioner to develop a sincere practice, while being accompanied and supported by the group energy. All levels are welcome, from beginners to expert confirmed.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Mysore, India, is a dynamic and progressive series of postures coordinated with breathing. It is a system that unifies breathing (ujjai), postures (asanas) and points of view (drishtis) helps develop balance and inner strength, flexibility and endurance. Regular practice of this method of moving meditation helps eliminate toxins and purify the body depth, improve and sharpen the physical and emotional awareness and develop concentration, while soothing the body and mind.


Pranayama, or extension of breath, vital energy (Prana): These ancient breathing techniques purifying and balancing the nervous system and energy system of the body, strengthen our lungs, and increase our vital energies. They also soothe our minds by connecting intimately breath.

A personalized education will be provided so that each student can practice according to its level and its physical and emotional capacities.

Restorative practice and deep relaxation:

The postures are held in time to seek deeper organs, bones and connective tissues. We mainly work the pelvis, hips, spine, and the main vectors of energy in the body.

Postural practice will be fed to each session with a different spiritual and meditative practice: visualization, sound vibration, and yoga sutras....

This meditative practice helps to regenerate the body and creates a deep sense of balance, peace and quiet.

A "Questions / Answers" Workshop will be held one evening in the week, so that students can bring questions and we exchange in a relaxed atmosphere, in joy and simplicity.
