We invite you to join us for an amazing Yoga* retreat to Aranya Goa retreat in one of the hearts of Indian spirituality and yogic practice: Goa.

Located in a private forest area (20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Goa), overlooking the north coast of Goa, this retreat offers spectacular views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape.

This natural habitat will help to give you the inspiration you need for your yoga practice.

In terms of your daily food, we believe that all "Sattvic" foods have a specific energy, and it is this energy that allows the body to rejuvenate and be energized.

The meals are prepared with the utmost care to ensure that each dish retains its nutritional and energetic qualities. The products come exclusively from local farmers.

During this retreat, you will be offered a vegetarian diet in order to enjoy all the positive aspects of your daily yoga practice.

You will stay in spacious and tastefully decorated benefiting from modern comforts (private bathroom facilities, air conditioning...) rooms.

The practice of yoga will take place mainly outdoors in an area of 80 m2 with teak floor with a panoramic view of the landscape and the ocean!

During this retreat, we are pleased to invite you to a "dinner party" with traditional Indian music on one of the legendary beaches of Goa (Ashweem, Anjuna)!

In addition to your yoga retreat, the Aryana Goa retreat will offer you the opportunity to follow Ayurvedic treatments on site and if you wish to participate to local cultural excursions.

Vinyasa Yoga program 9 days

The yoga program for this retreat is very comprehensive and mixes of vinyasa flow (dynamic practice) in the morning and a slower practice, often on the ground, sometimes yin yoga in the evening.

The postural work will be accompanied by purification exercises (kriyas) and breathing exercises (pranayama).

Each day of practice there is a dedicated theme, such as balances, twists, back bends etc.

Classes will be held in the morning from 08:00 to 10:00 and dinner from 17:00 to 19:00

Day 1 morning

Learning exercises cleansing (kiva), Vinyasa Flow (dynamic) with the theme of sun salutations

Day 1 evening

Breathing exercises (pranayama), Vinyasa flow (dynamic practice of postures linked with the breath) with the variations on the theme of sun salutation

Day 2 morning

Purification exercise (kriya), Vinyasa flow (dynamic practice postures linked with the breath) with the theme of balance and relaxation.

Day 2 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower with the theme balances and pranayama, relaxation

Day 3 morning

Purification exercise (kriya), Breathing Exercise (pranayama), Vinyasa flow with the opening theme of the hips

Day 3 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower with the opening theme for the hips and relaxation

Day 4 morning

Purification exercise (kriya), Vinyasa flow (dynamic) with the theme back bending & relaxation

Day 4 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower (yin) with the theme of the opening heart, relaxation

Day 5 Morning

Purification exercise (kriya), breathing exercise, Vinyasa flow (dynamic) with the theme twists and relaxation

Day 5 evening

Exercise breathing, slower practice (yin) " detox "

Day 6 Morning

Purification exercise (kriya), Vinyasa flow (dynamic) with the theme balances on hands

Day 6 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower (yin) arm and shoulder relaxation

Day 7 Morning

Purification exercise (kriya), Breathing Exercise (pranayama), Vinyasa flow with the opening theme of the hips

Day 7 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower with the opening theme of the hips and relaxation

Day 8 morning

Purification exercise (kriya), vinyasa flow with the theme of lightness, " flight "

Day 8 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower (yin), two postures and relaxation

Day 9 morning

Purification exercise (kriya), breathing exercise, Vinyasa flow (dynamic) showing the different themes and relaxation

Day 9 evening

Breathing exercise, practice slower showing the different themes and relaxation
