Developing an Individual Vinyasa Krama Yoga Practice.

The primary goal of yoga practice, or sadhana, is to strengthen the satwic quality and the reduction of the dominance of the other gunas; Rajas and Tamas. Asanas reduce Rajas and Pranayama reduces Tamas and antaranga sadhana, or meditation, helps to strengthen satwa. Satwa is discernable as clarity, peace, spiritual knowledge and lightness of the body.

Hence one’s daily practice should have all the aspects of yoga sadhana as asana, pranayama and meditation. In this program you will learn to develop a suitable combination of the various aspects of yoga. Practice of important asanas and vinyasas, deep pranayama and practice of mantra meditation will be the important ingredients of this program that will help you to develop your own daily yoga practice.
