A Six Week Session of Meditation Classes with a Silent Retreat

Meditation Classes: Mondays, September 8 – October 13, 2014, 7 – 8:30 pm Silent Retreat: Saturday, October 4th , 12:30 – 3:30 pm $120 for 6-week session and 3 hour retreat

Participants will be introduced to and practice the following mind-body stress reduction techniques: ?Mindful breathing ?Sitting and walking meditation ?Mindful eating ?Mindful yoga ?Body scan ?Mindful listening
