A yoga retreat for fitness enthusiast of all levels. Run/jog/walk each day and follow up with a cross fit workout that will challenge your strength. Enjoy yoga to stretch and relax, as well as strengthen. Nutrition workshop will teach you nutritional tips to incorporate into your every day life. Women only please.

All inclusive weekend includes shared accommodations and healthy meals, wine and all classes and activities.

Shannon will lead you in the running and cross fit portions of the weekend. She is a level 1 certified CrossFit trainer and loves to share her passion with those around her. She loves to cook healthy- but tasty- meals and snacks that she shares on her popular blog.

Kristen obtained her 200 hour certification from Blue Anjou Studio and was inspired to teach and share yoga with others. She struggled with fear and anxiety, and yoga provided a feeling of serenity she had never experienced.

Lovely yoga studio and retreat center is located on 30 acres of peace, serenity and pine trees in East Texas (less than two hours from Dallas). Come on your own or bring a friend.
