Retreat in the Pines
A yoga retreat for yoga students of all levels. Enjoy yoga to stretch and relax, as well as strengthen. Nutrition workshop will teach you nutritional tips to incorporate into your every day life. Women only please.

All inclusive weekend includes shared accommodations and healthy meals, wine and all classes and activities.

Shannon will lead you all of the activities. She teaches yoga, meditation and more and is currently working on her Mental Health Counseling degree. She loves to cook healthy- but tasty- meals and snacks that she shares on her popular blog.

Lovely yoga studio and retreat center is located on 30 acres of peace, serenity and pine trees in East Texas (less than two hours from Dallas). Come on your own or bring a friend.
