Thursday 12 of December, 20:00 - 22:00, MasterClass The carefully selected inspirational Yoga postures in Sri Dharma Mittra's Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa series are a culmination of his 50 years dedicated service to humanity. Be ready for an amazing challenging yet accessible practice with rare asana variations. Personal attention and helpful hints are given throughout this challenging practice, making it an effortless experience of true goal of yoga. Includes Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Meditation.
3. Friday 13 December, 17:00 - 19:00, Yamas, Niyamas and Koshas Yamas and Niyamas are the First and Second Limbs of Yoga Science. They represent 5 ethical rules and 5 personal disciplens (or observanses) without which no purification of Heart and Realization of Supreme Self can be achived. Applying Yamas and Niyamas in moment-to-moment situations, one begins to develop compassion and unconditional love towards every aspect of the Self and the World, recognizing Oneness.
4. Saturday 14 of December, 18:00 - 21:00 Maha Sadhana The Great Divine Whole Practice as passed by Sri Dharma Mittra in ancient Hatha-Raja tradition. For all levels of practitioners. Includes Kriyas – yogic cleansing techniques that promote internal purification on the physical and subtle levels; Shiva Namaskar – challenging yet accecable asana practice; Deep Healing Relaxation and reflective Meditation. Personal attention and helpful hints are given throughout this challenging practice, making it an effortless experience of true goal of yoga.

About Yiannis Andritsos:
Yiannis Andritsos has been a dedicated teacher for over 9 years, with a specialty in Dharma Yoga, which is a Hatha-Raja Yoga passed in authentic tradition by Sri Dharma Mittra. He is an avid student of Bhakti yoga, Karma yoga, Sanskrit, meditation and pranayama (sacred breathing practices), and is also a Thai yoga massage, which has enlightened his teaching and knowledge of body dynamics. He is committed to healing and helping others reach their full potential. Yiannis began studying yoga when he moved to the United States from Greece in 2002. He met the great yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, with whom he has been studying and practicing full time ever since, and had completed Dharma Yoga Life of a Yogi 200/500hr Teacher Training program. Inspired and awed by the way that yoga has transformed his life, Yiannis teaches so others may also experience the many amazing benefits of yoga to the body, mind and soul. He feels incredibly grateful and blessed to be able to share all that yoga has to offer in a positive and inspiring way. Yiannis’s yoga classes are deeply focused, but also fun, spontaneous, and appropriate for all levels of practitioners, as various options and variations of each pose are always offered. Coordinating movement with breath allows for the detoxification of energy channels, deeper concentration and meditation, and works to elevate and balance his students’ energy.
