POSTNATAL YOGA (MOMMY & ME) SESSION 2: 27 febuary - 10 april 2014
For young moms who want to return to your yoga routine and rediscover your body ; you may start as of 6 to 8 weeks after delivery - or after your doctor gives you the green light.
this postnatal yoga session focuses on takeing care of the perineum and reinforcing the core muscles as well as all the major parts needed as a young mom - preventing back problems and strengthen the arms.
the best results are achieved when attending this class without your baby ; but, you are obviously welcome to bring your baby with you, tolerating the babbling, giggling and occasional screaming… while you do reconnect with your body and finding your inner peace.
you will also connect with other young moms sharing the same questions and experience with you.
