RETREAT INCLUDES: Daily yoga practice, Conscious cooking workshop, guided silent morning walks, afternoon meditation, local organic vegetarian meals, great swimming, fun on the water tramp, use of canoe and kayaks, detoxifying infra-red sauna, waterside bonfire and Saturday evening yoga inspired movie.
All activities are optional of course…it’s your retreat. You may choose to just hang out in a hammock or find your sacred space along 1000 feet of private shoreline.

Each room has shared accommodation with their own washroom facilities. Couples are guaranteed private rooms with a King size bed.
INSTRUCTORS: Wendy and Darin have been studying, practicing and living yoga for more than 20 years. Darin and Wendy will introduce you to a meditative, hatha yoga practice that deals with energy and chakra awareness (Agama Yoga).
They have taught yoga for many years in Thailand at Agama Yoga, in Kobe, Japan, as well as facilitated many retreats over the past 10 years at Shanti.
Lacey Budge, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, will teach you what you need to know about becoming a conscious cook in your own kitchen. Guests of this weekend can attend an afternoon food demo and learn more about integrating raw foods, sprouting and the benefits of super foods. She will also offer an evening workshop which will include topics such as food combining, the ultimate pantry, incorporating whole foods, gluten free alternatives, transitioning to a plant based diet and much more.
