Hamstrings and Hips For runners, cyclists - or simply if you have tight hips or hamstrings

Are your hips and hamstrings tight? Do you have lower back, knee or foot pain?

Develop strength and flexibility in your core, hamstrings, and quads. Increase your range of motion in your hips and reduce your pain.

This class will guide you in developing core strength, lengthening your hamstrings, and increasing your hip flexibility.

Reduce pain in your knees, feet, and lower back. Run faster, with less pain.

Practise yoga and enjoy your favourite activity pain free.
