A class designed to open yourself up to good health and a positive attitude with the assistance of a chair. If your health has been compromised due to a recent illness or a personal challenge, yoga can help you regain lost flexibility, stamina and balance. Using a chair for support while learning a pose enables you to practice yoga with safety, security and confidence while using the Dynamic Yoga Method. Chair yoga offers all of the same benefits as a regular yoga class by using the same same breath cues and proper movement of your body.
