The 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance Certified) will take place during between April and early July 2014.
In order to make the training as accessible as possible to all, we have scheduled as many of the classes as possible on weekends and vacation days.
There will be 3 intensive sessions where we will spend the bulk of our time (about 150 of the 200 hours required) together. In between those intensive sessions, you will attend regular classes to build your practice, do self-study and we’ll have discussion groups.

For the periods in between these intensive sessions you will be invited to maintain a daily practice (6 days per week) by attending one class per day at the Yoga Loft (these classes are all included in the price of the TT). You will also be doing some self-study such as reading and studying yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and more. Books and material will be provided.
Your Teachers The Teacher Training will be led by Barbara Roll and Marc Pouw (the Yoga Loft Brussels). Both teachers are part of the vast and renowned “It's Yoga” Community. They each have an immense experience teaching Ashtanga and are both “Experienced Yoga Alliance Certified” Teachers. The Teacher Training itself is also Yoga Alliance Certified. This means that when you finish the training successfully, you will also be able to obtain your Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher certification.
