Experience the practice of Yoga nidra (Satyananda Yoga) i.e., yogic sleep for the relaxation of mind and body, improvement of memory, enhancement of focus and bestow creative genius. Realize the power of psychic subconsciousness. De-stress yourself and experience inner silence with different practices of meditation techniques. Learn the art of Deep Breathing (Pranayama) and various other Pranayama practices to energize yourself. This class also includes few very basic asanas for loosening the joints, which prepares the body to sit a little longer for meditation practices. The 4 week session is a combination of various pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra practices.
