The Foundation of Movement with Bob Bradley Sunday, March 30th 1pm-3pm $40 in advance or $50 at door

Whether you're a yogi, runner or cyclist, Bob Bradley, Certified Alexander Technique Teacher, will guide you through a sequence of movement exercises that are designed to pinpoint the areas in the body that may be stuck or blocked. Bob will also provide students with tools and exercises to reprogram old, un-serving patterns. The Foundations of ALL types of movement and activity are essential in order to adequately align the physical body and energy channels. When this alignment is achieved the body can function optimally without pain. If you are ready to move without pain, improve your range of motion or refine your yoga (asana) practice, then this workshop is for you. Class will also include a lesson on the Foundation of Movement, Therapeutic Movement Exercises, and a Powerful Brain Meditation.

Bob Bradley graduated in 1998 from The American Center for the Alexander Technique, where he attended a 3 year program and received extensive training in this method. Bob offers a unique, intelligent and interesting perspective on biomechanics and movement.
