Pranayama Breathing Techniques

Attend the Friday and/or Sunday class of each week! 05:00pm to 05:45pm!
Through Pranayama - Breathing Techniques you can improve your lung capacity, have control over your breath, increase your concentration ability and increase your well being.
Breathing exercises can act as a bridge into functions of the body of which we generally do not have conscious control.
Respiratory system is one of the rare bodily functions that we do both voluntarily and involuntarily. We can consciously use breathing to influence the involuntary(sympathetic nervous system).
The lungs are the instruments that set the rhythm of the body. The individual has to learn to use these instruments.
Cost: 6 sessions (1x/wk) = $70 before Feb 17; $90 after Feb 17 12 sessions (2x/wk) = $120 before Feb17; $150 after Feb 17
