Living Mindfully is all about embracing the present moment. Studies show that practicing mindfulness and meditation can bring a myriad of physical, emotional, and social benefits. Cultivating a personal practice is difficult. With any new skill, you need a teacher that can guide you. If you can breathe, you can meditate: The systematic MMM Program techniques use didactic and group dynamics that will help you live a healthier and joyful life. Mindfulness Training helps: • Boosts our immune system’s ability to fight off illness.• Increase positive emotions while reducing negative emotions and stress. Studies suggest it may be as good as antidepressants in fighting depression and preventingrelapse. • Changes our brains while increasing the density of gray matter in brain regions connected to learning, memory, emotion regulation, and empathy. Helps people lose weight, fight eating disorders and obesity by encouraging healthier eating habits and practicing mindful eating.
