This program is a commitment to deepen your yoga practice and start living yoga on and off the mat. It is combination of daily yoga, meditation, diet insight, and personal reflection, with each week centered on a theme. Regardless of your level of yoga experience, this program will create lightness in your body, clarity in your mind, and an awakening of your spirit.
You will: Practice: Yoga 6 days a week (either studio or home practice) Meditate: Twice a day Diet Insight: Weekly dietary themes focused on eating for balance Personal Reflection: Journal exercises about beliefs, stories, and thoughts that are holding you back from being your most powerful self Weekly Group Meetings: It all comes together at our weekly group meetings where we explore the week’s theme further and receive support and guidance from the group and the facilitator.
40 Days Meetings:
Meeting Dates & Times: Wednesdays 7:30pm- 8:45pm (Evening Group) or Thursdays 10:45am- 12:00pm (Morning Group) *You choose your group.
Wednesdays (10/7, 14, 21, 28, 11/4)
Thursdays (10/8, 15, 22, 29, 11/5)
*Final Meeting for everyone is Wednesday 11/11 7:30- 9:00pm
Price: $265 Regular (includes 40 Days of Unlimited Yoga at PYT, weekly group meetings, and the 40 Days to Personal Revolution Book)
