Being a teenager can be exhausting! Do you find you often feel overwhelmed, not only by the responsibilities you have at school and at home, but with the changes in the emotions and feelings that come over you? One minute you might feel great, the next you feel sad and tearful. We all have our moments of happiness, sadness, anger, depression and anxiety. But what if there was an easy way to gain control over these emotions? Great news – there is!

If you find that you sometimes feel:

angry, upset or frustrated fearful or sad it’s difficult to let go of feelings panicked or anxious out of control stressed “to the max” moments of grief or sadness like saving joy for later on, then This workshop is for YOU! Join us for a powerful afternoon of energy exercises which will help you feel that you are in control of your emotions, instead of the other way around.
