In order to manage the emotional upheavals there is the practice of antar darshan. For thought we have antar mouna, inner silence, and for emotion we have antar darshan, vision of the inner self.

These are the meditative techniques which can help us to gradually recognize the associations of the mind and to harmonize them.

Explore feelings and emotions around life situations such as family, relationships, work, and past events and receive the skills to manage and direct them.

Emotion = "energy in motion" - imbalanced expressions of emotions create havoc, health issues, dis-ease, and difficulties in work and home environments. When directed in a constructive way, this same energy can lead to increased states of vitality, positive expression, creativity, health and wellbeing.

Learn tools to manage and direct the mind and emotions, reduce stress, and bring balance to your life with yogic practices such as Hatha Yoga for expression, relaxation practices to reach the roots of emotions and an in-depth exploration of the meditation practice of Antar Darshan - Inner Vision of the Self.

Antar Darshan develops the ability to observe the interaction of human emotion with logic.

This workshop will delve into practical applications inspiring the integration of yoga into everyday life through:

Swami Karma Karuna, founding member and director of Anahata Yoga Retreat, NZ, is a dedicated, intuitive yoga teacher with many years of experience. From an early age, she travelled exploring diverse spiritual traditions and received yoga training in Nepal, India and Australia. She spends 3 months each year living and teaching in India. Specialising in Satyananda Yoga Nidra™, Prana Vidya, chakra work and women's health, she is committed to sharing Yoga Solutions for Life™ - simple, practical and powerful yoga techniques for transformation.
