With great excitement, we invite you to join us for our "Yoga & The Outdoors" Retreat. The core intention for this healing yoga weekend will be to open the heart. Join us for Yin & Yang yoga classes, guided meditations, small group yoga therapy, stand up paddle, yoga on the beach, and a journey to the most serene hiking destination as we open our hearts in strength and compassion. Location: Lake Mont Pines, located in the town of Arnold along scenic HWY 4 in the beautiful Sierra Foothills of Calaveras County at 4,000 feet. Lake Mont Pines is a private community with a picturesque lake.
Daily Schedule (example): Morning Meditation, Breakfast, Hike & Swim, Lunch, Vinyasa Yoga, Dinner, Evening Yin Yoga
Accommodations: We will be staying at a spacious mountain home a block away from the lake. Rooms will be assigned. Reserve your room now if you would like a private room/private bathroom, only 2 private rooms available. All other rooms will be double, triple or quadruple occupancy.
Food: All meals are included. We can accommodate most any special dietary need, please advise. Food full of life force that is simple and easy to digest.
