Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra
This relaxing and refreshing class is conducted with the entire room filled with candlelight. It starts with a 45-min gentle Yoga practice, followed by a 45-minute Yoga Nidra. Most of the poses are done sitting or lying down, with options provided to honor the body and suit individual needs. While increasing mobility and range of motion in the body and clearing of energetic blockages, a state of relaxation is found in the body and mind. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a very powerful meditative practice of deep relaxation. Students will be guided through a conscious deep sleep for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Negative emotions and thought patterns are released, and positivity and efficiency are greatly enhanced. Effectively reduces insomnia, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, migraines, and more.
This class is open to all levels of practice.

Fridays: 7:00pm-8:30pm, starting May 30th
