The epithaphe inscribed on the tomb of the Greek writer Nikos Kazantzakis has shown itself the spirit on this millennium island, inhabited by many civilizations: "I hope nothing, I am not afraid of anything, I'm free...". And joined in some way the spiritual journey taken by many yogis.

Overlooking the beautiful bay of Parikia on the Greek island of Paros, the Paros Bay Hotel offers a unique experience in a relaxed atmosphere.

A few steps from a sandy beach with amazing views of the sea, Paros Bay Hotel creates the perfect location to explore your yoga practice and to leave your normal schedule behind.

Built in Cycladic architecture, the hotel offers you many amenities to enhance your holiday adventure.

Each room is spacious with a private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, wifi, refrigerator and private balcony. The hotel amazing pool overlooks the beautiful bay and there are multiple outside sitting areas to enjoy the views and to rest.

Daily yoga sessions will be held outside with views overlooking the sea.

The breakfasts are made with healthy & tasty food, Greek and vegetarian eggs, fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea, jams, honey, cheese, cereal, bread, yogurt, fresh fruit.

1er jour : présentation du groupe et du programme de la semaine pour sadapter au mieux à chacun.

Réponse aux questions et problèmes de santé éventuels.

Qu’est ce que le Yoga...?!

Pratique :

VINYASA YOGA (yoga dynamique)

Apprentissage des mouvements posturaux du vinyasa

  • ancrage et ouverture du bassin (postures d'equilibre, d'ouverture de hanches)
  • ouverture du cœur et des épaules (flexions arrière, torsions)
  • se reconnecter à l’arrière du corps (flexions avant)

Relaxation finale (15 mn)

Pranayama (respiration) : son rôle, apprendre à respirer, ses bienfaits.

La respiration complète + la respiration alternée ANULOMA VILOMA

LUNDI - VENDREDI : 18h / 20h

HATHA YOGA (yoga détente)

+ 30 mn de yoga nidra*

*yoga nidra: technique de relaxation profonde pratiquée allongé.

Intériorisation par la prise de conscience de son corps, de sa respiration afin d’accéder à des couches plus profondes de notre être et à une plus grande détente mentale.

PROGRAMM JUNE 29th to July 6th

1 day/2h:

  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Philosophy and preparation for practice
  • 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Introduction Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
  • 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Breath, anatomy, alignment, precautions and Vinyasa

Second day/4h 1 pm:

  • 7:30 to 9:30: Introduction to pranayama, bandhas Theory, respiratory and energy system Practice Pranayama, Relaxation, meditation and relaxation therapy
  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (optional): Theory & Chakras Yoga
  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series guided

3rd day/4h 1 pm:

  • 7:30 to 8:30: Pranayama
  • 8:30 to 9:30: Mantras and Mudras
  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (optional): Different types of Yoga
  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series guided

4th day/4h 1 pm:

  • 7:30 to 8:30: Pranayama
  • 8:30 to 9:30: Intro Ayurveda: The Doshas and types constitutions (Ayurveda Part 1)
  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (optional): Ayurveda and common disorders (Ayurveda Part 2)
  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series guided

5th day/4h 1 pm: Day Detox *

  • 7:30 to 8:30: Pranayama
  • 8:30 to 9:30: Shatkarma / Detox
  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (optional): Mana Kriya Yoga and Mudras
  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series guided

6th day/4h 1 pm:

  • 7:30 to 8:30: Pranayama
  • 8:30 to 9:30: Create your routine according to its constitution (Ayurveda Part 3)
  • 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (optional): doshas, subtle essences and Gunas (Ayurevda Part 4)
  • 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga "Mysore Style"

PROGRAMM JUNE 29th to July 6th

Au cours de cette semaine nous mêlerons le matin, une pratique dirigée de la 1ère série de l’Ashtanga Yoga avec l’apprentissage des principales postures (pratique dynamique) et une pratique plus douce le soir combinant des exercices de Pranayama (exercices de respiration) et des postures issues du Yin Yoga (méthode douce de postures).

Chaque journée permettra aussi d’approfondir certaines postures : Equilibres, Torsions, etc…

Les cours auront lieu le matin de 08h00 à 10h00 et le soir de 17h00 à 19h00.

Jour 1 matin

08h00-10h00 : Introduction et pratique guidée de la 1ère série

Jour 1 soir

17h00-19h00 : Pranayama (exercices de respiration) et Yin Yoga (méthode douce de postures).

Jour 2 matin

08h00-10h00 : Pratique guidée de la 1ère série et relaxation

Jour 2 soir

17h00-19h00 : Pranayama (exercices de respiration) et Yin Yoga (méthode douce de postures).

Jour 3 matin

08h00-10h00 : Pratique guidée de la 1ère série et relaxation

Jour 3 soir

17h00-19h00 : Pranayama (exercices de respiration) et travail sur le thème de l’ouverture des hanches.

Jour 4 matin

08h00-10h00 : Pratique guidée de la 1ère série et relaxation

Jour 4 soir

17h00-19h00 : Pranayama (exercices de respiration) et Yin Yoga (méthode douce de postures).

Jour 5 matin

Pratique guidée de la 1ère série et relaxation

Jour 5 soir

17h00-19h00 : Pranayama (exercices de respiration) et Yin Yoga (méthode douce de postures).
