Yin Yoga is an excellent way to balance our Mental, Physical & Spiritual health and wellbeing. Beginning with bringing the focus on the breath, we are gently guided into comfortable Yoga postures. Yin emphasizes the relaxation of the connective tissue underlying our skin, which envelops the muscles, bones, and vital organs, including the brain. This connective tissue does not react quickly as do our muscles in everyday activities (Yang). With muscles relaxed, in a series of gentle yoga poses, over a period of 3 to 5 minutes each, we lie on a yoga mat restfully, during guided meditation. With patience and little effort, we receive amazing results. Acupuncture meridians are also in our connective tissue, Yin Yoga is specifically designed to stimulate them, further bringing us to a feeling of Spiritual, Mental & Physical wellbeing. Come.
