The workshop goal is to walk away with some knowledge about how yoga can be intertwined with your everyday life and provide tools including breath work, meditation and physical posture to help reduce some of those Super Stressors that come up in life. We will discuss and structure a simple short yoga practice that can fit into your schedule.
