You are able to sit comfortably for one hour You are comfortable with silence If you’re interested to further your credits with Yoga Alliance, you are required to teach on this course. If you’re joining to simply deepen your own practice then it’s not mandatory. This training requires your full presence, as the days are long and the practice is through out the waking hours of the day. There will be a written and practical assignment
