The breath is something that we often take for granted, even though we wouldn't have life without it. But by paying attention to the breath, slowing it down, and deepening it, we can slow the mind down and enter into a state of healing rest and meditation. We can also connect the breath to the mind and the body so that everything else fades away except the present moment, thereby releasing tensions and reconnecting with the spirit that resides within each and every one of us and that connects us to each other, to Nature, and to the whole Universe. THE BREATH AND SOUND: Sound is intrinsically connected to the breath and to the spirit. Ancient sounds, in the form of mantras, are vibrations that affect us on a very deep level, resonating within and actually stimulating certain areas of the brain and the body. Therefore, when you tune into your breath and recite mantras or sing, you relax your mind and allow natural healing to take place throughout the body. THE SACRED BREATH AND SOUND INTENSIVE: Those who have already participated in our Sacred Breath and Sound Intensive have referred to it as transformative. This retreat will, indeed, assist you on your path towards positive personal transformation. You'll become more conscious of each breath, raise your personal vibration, and shift your awareness to the present moment. Connect with Nature, Connect with the Breath.

Join us for two inspiring and calming weeks in Nature, where we will build a daily practice of breathing, also known as pranayama. We will also meditate together, learn sacred mantras, and perform yoga asanas that will teach you how to connect your breath to every movement your body makes. Awakening consciousness with your breath into body and mind.

Sequoia and Safah will teach and gently guide you so that you can use these tools in your daily life and bring these practices into your daily life, and personal practice.

Come join us for two weeks in nature, building a daily practice, through guidance and knowledge. Creating a personal practice of self-transformation through the tools of pranayama, mantras, and asana to become more conscious to your breath and sounds. This intensive practices help raise ones personal vibration, as we tune into the subtle energies of your inner world simultaneously the external elements.
