Join David Harshada Wagner, meditation teacher and spiritual leader who has dedicated his life to exploring human consciousness and the science of self-transformation. David is classically trained in the Indian wisdom traditions of Yoga, Bhakti, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism, but his teachings come from his 25 years of personal transformation and serving others to find their authentic path to deep happiness. He is the founder and current director of Living Meditation Inc. in the USA and Adhishtana Living in Mumbai, India. His teaching style is dynamic and unique, approachable to students from all walks of life.

Introductory conversation discussing the purpose of yoga in general, the way that yoga works, and how that applies to the inner world. This first sessions will be exploratory, including some guided meditation practices and a question and answer session. Students will also be encouraged to consider their personal wish for the weekend. Saturday Morning Session 9:00am-1:00pm Opening meditation/ritual Setting of personal intentions for the weekend. Opening talk about the basic purpose of meditation from the point of view of friday night's discussion. *Meditation as a path of personal healing and a path to the Sacred; *Meditation as a way to "get under the hood" and make inner transformations; *Going from a life of emergencies/urgencies to a life focused on what is important and sacred; *Meditation- Debrief; *Meditation as a personal connection to Spirit beyond religion. Saturday Afternoon Session 2:30 - 5:00pm Restorative yoga practice: Enjoy an opportunity to rejuvenate the body and mind through a series of completely supported poses held for a longer time (5-15 minutes) to give the body and mind a well deserved chance to relax and renew. Participants are encouraged to bring socks and a light sweater to ensure the body stays warm and comfortable. Props are provided but you are welcome to bring extras from home for your personal use if you choose.

Pranayama Practice, Debrief and Meditation Sunday Morning Session - 10:30am-1:30pm Opening meditation with Pranayama. Check in about personal intentions and learnings so far. Meditation Debrief and Question and Answers Sunday Afternoon Session 2:30-5:00pm Discussion about service and how we hold space for others, as teachers, friends, family members Guiding others: the art of leading simple meditations, yoga nidra, and deep shavasana Practice leading Wrap up Closing Ritual
