4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 19th Bring Julie your sore backs, tight hamstrings and stiff hips. We'll explore yoga poses that will address these parts as well as enhance your pedaling biomechanics, detensioning the body. We will work with breath, warm your muscles, stretch and then release into effective, relaxing Yin postures. Learn some techniques to address asymmetry in the body, back bending to counter pose your pelvic tilt in the saddle and more!

This workshop is appropriate for novice practitioners. Flexibility not required!
